Cabbage And Onion Grill Sandwich With Coconut Oil. This is yet another simple and yummy recipe which I learnt from our house boat chef from our recent trip to Kerala. I must say he use to make delicious food with simple ingredients and the star of the dish was coconut oil. He use to add coconut oil in everything and he made this sandwich also with the same oil and that simple sandwich took a very big place in my heart and I became a big fan of Kerala and there cuisine..



Ingredient's.
4 slices of sandwich bread
1 cup of finely chopped cabbage
1 large finely chopped onion
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Butter as needed (to apply on bread)



Method.
In a wok add coconut oil, when its hot, add cabbage and onion, fry to golden brown. Sprinkle the red chilli powder and salt, fry for another minute or 2. Take it out in bowl and allow it to cool a bit.
Then apply the butter on all the sides of the bread.
Now place the filling on one side of the bread and place another bread on top and grill for 4 to 5 minutes or till golden brown.
Serve hot with Tea, Coffee or any Juice..

Potato And Green Chutney Grill Sandwich. Bombay Sandwich!!

Potato And Green Chutney Grill Sandwich is also known as a Bombay Masala Sandwich. This is sandwich is inspired from a Bombay sandwich only with my own twist. Nowadays Sandwich is also has become a street food in India and there are 100 of variation to one sandwich! you name it the they'll make it. This one is my favourite sandwich with hot cup of tea on Sunday's breakfast. This is easy to make and delicious to eat..



Ingredient's.
4 slices of sandwich bread
2 medium boiled potato
3tbsp green chutney (This is mint, coriander and green chilli chutney)
Butter as needed.


Method.
Apply the butter on all the sides of the bread and set it aside.
In a mixing bowl, add the boiled potato and chutney mix them nicely.
Then place the potato filling on one side of the bread and place another bread on top and grill for 4 to 5 minutes or till golden brown.
Serve hot with Tea, Coffee or any Juice..

Grill Chicken Kabab

First time i tried cooking chicken in a oven, thinking that whether it will be good or not but fortunately it came out so well and tasty. Now i feel that it was worth buying a oven, When i had bought oven, i was thinking that i will cook many different dishes and i tried 2 to 3 dishes which didn't turn out well so i was bit upset, and i was telling my hubby it is waste of money. Today my hubby forced me to grill chicken in oven and i am thankful to him for bringing back the interest in me to cook in oven. This chicken was so so tasty and every one was very happy and that makes me very very happy:)



Ingredient's
6pcs of chicken 
3tbsp of lemon juice
1/2tbsp of red chilly powder, 1/2tbsp of turmeric powder
1/2tbsp of coriander powder, 1/2tbsp of ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste




Cooking Method
In a mixing bowl add the above ingredients make a thick paste, marinate chicken and set it aside for 1hour
Pre-heat the oven in 180c  for 10minutes, then put the chicken pieces in a rotisserie rod and apply  lemon juice and oil and grill it for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with Drinks and enjoy.
